What Do SUCCESSFUL People Have In Common?

Hey Guys! Many of you know I am a geek for reading personal development and studying successful entrepreneurs. This week, I stumbled upon an awesome article in Entrepreneur Magazine and I wanted to share with you this one secret that ties successful people together.

There is ONE thing that the most successful people in business have in common. Whether they run a super successful business, are in the music industry, or just people that are at the top of their game. There is one thing all of these people have in common. It is not just their success, fame, money, or title. It is that they exercise consistently!
When you think about people that lead companies or that are highly successful, they are typically pretty fit.
These types of people have long known that regular physical activity can provide up to 4 hour of extra productivity per day.
When exercising you benefit from having a schedule and a goal you are working towards. I personally do my best when I am following a fitness schedule. So I like programs where there is a start and a finish day and each day I have a specific workout that I’m doing. This gives me a schedule and sense of accomplishment in working towards a goal.
Exercise is a great way for you to build healthy habits as well as empower your brain!
When you are exercising, you get positive endorphins that are released into your body. These endorphins will improve your mood and will also make you less likely to eat junk. When you bust your ass with a 30 minute workout the last thing you want to do is eat a greasy hamburger and ruin everything you just did.
Another reason that people who are successful in life exercise, is because exercise is key when you want to perform at your peak throughout the day. There is proven evidence that exercise makes you happy. Happy people are 12% more productive because they are getting things done rather than sitting around complaining!
Exercise also builds your self esteem and gives you self-confidence. As humans, you doubt yourself more than you doubt anyone else. Exercising daily and getting through a tough workout helps you to go from saying “I can’t do this, it is too hard” to “I will do this” mentality! You also feel stronger, are more lean, and more confident as a result. Confidence is something that successful people have…..don’t you think that daily exercise could have something to do with that?
So go get your workout in! Whether you feel like you are stuck in your career, tired, or mentally exhausted from your job. I encourage you to exercise! Even just 30 minutes is going to make you more productive, happy, gratified, and is going to help you in every aspect of your life Stop making excuses and start making fitness a priority because your business or career may depend on it!
